"A huge regret"

Had several film all noisy Elevator buttons didn’t work. Smelled carpet n my first room was squishy Way too expensive $200 a night for not sleeping one minute the whole night

Loved the style and comfort. Staff members were always helpful and friendly.

The pool area was great although there needs to be air circulating- very stifling. Fans arranged in several areas would be helpful. Also I was unhappy with mode of payment for washer and dryer use. You have to download an app and minimum amount you can put on card is $25.

"Beautiful hotel with friendly staff. However, difficult to sleep with no circulating air."

Needed a fan and I don't think they realized I meant a box fan. Even though room was cool, it felt very stuffy due to no circulating air.

Food and parking a bit too pricey for location.
