위치가 도심에서 멀어서 교통편 야ㅡㅇ이 어려웠어요. 셔틀버스 운영이 효과적으로 되었으면 하는 아쉬움입니다.

This was one of our favorite hotels in Japan. We traveled with kids, including one very fussy eater. I explained his preferences before we arrived, and the staff ensured he had meals he liked every time. We enjoyed dinner at both the Japanese and Teppanyaki restaurants (skipping the Italian one). The hotel is welcoming and quiet, yet still very kid-friendly. The breakfast is extensive, and having a car was easy since there’s plenty of parking at the hotel and it's nececary for exploring the area. The indoor and outdoor onsens were also very user-friendly. We hope to visit again!

If I had to find one small thing to improve, it would be the in-room coffee options. The room currently only offers tea—which was accompanied by delicious cookies—but having a coffee option for that first morning cup before heading to breakfast would have been the perfect finishing touch.

期待以上にスタッフの対応と部屋設備、温泉が素晴らしかった。 また夜も食事は美味しく、スタッフの対応も良かった。

夜の食事会場の作りは、素晴らしいコース料理と美味しい味、スタッフの対応も良かったので、もう少し雰囲気の良い高級なイメージに改装することを強くお勧めします。

Great indoor and outdoor onsen. Nice room with very onsen environment Greeting starts once we step out of the car. Tea and snacks are served and staffs come to our table and check us in.

行き届いた清掃と、食事が美味しかったところ 小さな子供にも配慮いただきました

靴下の履き心地が良く、そのまま持ち帰り出来たら嬉しい。到着してからのフロント前でのおもてなしも嬉しいのですが、できれば、早く部屋で落ち着きたい。
