Square Inn

Great location in the center of Wimberley Square. Excellent access to shops and restaurants. Room was clean and functional except the “Smart” TV was just all apps which we couldn’t log into and no way to watch just regular TV channels. When we walked into the Inn to check in there was a man passed out in the LR area on the couch. Apparently the owners husband. We were told the property would be locked by 6 pm. When we returned from dinner at 8 pm it wasn’t. There was no longer any attendant behind the desk so not sure it was ever locked. There was still no one there in the morning at 10 am when we left. The AC unit display in our room had very bright LED lights. It lit up the room at night. We had to hang a towel over the unit so the room could be dark enough to sleep. Nice people but a very average B&B experience.

Owner was friendly. Upon checking in informed shower broken. All literature in rooms outdated. It was just okay.

We were very happy with the service, the room, the public areas (living room and patio) and the breakfast! My only recommendation would be replacing the juice boxes with larger juice cartons to be less wasteful and to have compostable tableware.

We didn’t expect what we found when we pulled up to the unassuming building but we were so pleased when we walked into the cozy living area for check in. It’s like going to visit a friend, with comfortable sofas, chairs & a dining room table for breakfast. Our room was off the courtyard & had a small dinette & chairs, large sectional sofa, mini fridge & microwave, a Queen and King bed. The bath had a walk in shower & double vanity sinks. Rustic decor but the TV is totally modern with a great selection of streaming channels along with network, Netflix, Paramount+, etc. Marci & Lloyd are the best hosts ever! Oh, the homemade breakfast is excellent!

We had the most amazing stay. The accommodations are beautiful and so comfortable!!

Such as sweet place in the heart of Wimberley, TX. The suites are awesome, the inner court is great, and the owners are adorable (especially liked the personally made morning eggs :-) ).

Cozy, clean & comfortable, felt like we were at home! Easy check-in and relaxing courtyard outside our room! Loved the area! Shopping and dining are literally next door. We drove to Prayer Mountain, Jacob's Well and The Shady Llama which I recommend visiting all!

Such a cute place to stay! Clean, perfectly located. Lloyd and Marci were friendly, gracious hosts and the breakfast was wonderful. Will be dreaming about those biscuits for years!
