Location in the center of Waikiki and Staff are very helpful And good services Happy to see them again this year Marijoy MJ at Front Desk Also House Keeping Yayie and Mycel

Room condition need to do renovation , especially carpet in the room and corridor of the hotel Look very old and tired

Clean, fun colours and great location and friendly and helpful staff

The WiFi didn’t work for the first day/ night because of the provider and as a solo traveller that was difficult coming into a new place on my own
