The staff were incredibly accommodating and helpful. The breakfast was available quite early for early checkouts. The bathroom had a bidet! The toiletries were helpful especially the loofah.

The Internet was bad and couldn't reach to the bedroom of the suite. Couldn't use either TV for Netflix. The surrounding area is quite noisy, you can hear the traffic and street noise very loudly.

the bathroom is big and the bed is big and comfortable.The staff were very friendly and everything went smoothly. The breakfast was good too. The hotel has an old-fashioned rustic style, but everything was new and perfect.

The pool area and breakfast were excellent—I truly enjoyed both. The security staff were very helpful, and the welcome drink was such a lovely and thoughtful touch, especially since we didn’t expect it. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and enjoyed our stay very much.

We really appreciated being upgraded to the presidential suite, especially since we had booked two separate rooms. Thankfully, everything was arranged properly, and we were very pleased with the accommodation. Overall, our stay was enjoyable. However, I would kindly suggest better management of bookings in the future to avoid overbooking, particularly for incoming guests. While our experience turned out well, ensuring smoother arrangements for all guests would make it even better.

Worth the stay. Nice staff, friendly and helpful. Very big room. I ordered the 67m studio and it was exeptional. Older building, but everything clean and well maintained. Breakfast is good quality. Great value for money.
