Absolutely nothing.

I walked in and sat on the bed. Noticed what appeared to be two brown faeces stains on the pillow case. Looked on the sheet and it was covered in small black hairs. I took photos. I got up and suddenly felt itchy all over. I alerted the receptionist who said that they would be happy to provide a refund within the next few hours once I contact booking.com. They still haven’t provided said refund after failing to provide a clean room to stay in. I ended up having to book somewhere else more hygienic to stay.
