スタッフの方の対応が丁寧で、こちらの要望にも迅速に対応していただいた。 朝食は美味しく、種類が豊富で楽しめた。

施設全体は古い。 客室フロアの廊下や客室内がカビ臭く、廊下の天井や壁にはカビの跡があり、壁紙も湿気で浮いているところがあった。 洗濯機を利用したら、洗い終わった衣類にも洗濯槽に付着している黒カビのカスがついてきた。

Excellent location for all my shopping, convenience and transport needs in Naha and to Motobu sea side. Great reception staff always helpful and friendly. Lovely reception area and great breakfasts.

Nice onsen but relaxing interior would help. The laundry was ok.

The staff were great. Quick and friendly service and the breakfast was fantastic. Can recommend this hotel as disability friendly.
