Campbelltown Colonial Motor Inn

The location is fine however the Motel is in serious need for renovation I have been to this a Motel on many occasions over the years, it isn’t improving.

OK for a short stay, Staff friendly and helpful. Units a bit tired. Wi-fi not very good in our unit.

There was no towels or any type of linen supplied this is a new low for motels in Australia

The 1 thing I didn't like is the lack of parking in the complex, I actualy parked on the grass next to the building

Ok but rooms need an update. Tv remote faulty , no reception after hours and their phones are faulty

All was ok, except: Parking is too restrictive. When I parked in the standard parking spaces I couldn't open the doors enough to get out of the car. So had to park on the grass. And I wasn't the only one. While the room had been renovated sometime in the last 10 years, it would have been better to get someone who actually knew how to do tiling, plumbing, painting and electrical. The quality of the fittings was rather below an acceptable standard. The bed was good though, and the shower was nice and hot. Would have been good if it didn't drip all night though.

Older motel that could use a little TLC. Clean and comfortable and value for money. Very friendly kind staff

Only one chair one spoon no plates no face washer tiny tv noisy a/c noisy oil heater

The room smelled bad and the temperature in the shower fluctuated to scalding hot.

The property is positioned so that you can go past the entrance easily. It is a pleasant place to be and looks good.
