Budget Inn and Suites

All in all was very nice facility. Only thing would have been a little later check out time.

We have stayed here the last two years. This was our third. We reserved a king and we were told the a/c in both units were out. Put us in a queen and said it was an upgrade. I don’t fit my 6’6” on a queen. Couple hours later, a king came open the 3rd floor. Room only had 2 bath towels, I asked for more and got threadbare towels. Wife asked for some and got 1 bath and 1 threadbare. She was told that made six towels. Refrigerator would not get cold, chair arm was broke, trouble flushing toilet, breakfast was sub par. Day of check out (11:00am), maid came in room and wanted to clean. Wife said we are checking out and would be out soon. It was 11:02 am and she was told we were late checking out.

Room smelled musty. Could feel moisture in the air. Service not as friendly as before.

Pillows were thin. Vending machine on 2nd floor was completely empty.

I thought the bed was very comfortable. Pillows were too soft. Room was very clean! Breakfast was very meager. Waffle machine was out of service. Scant selection of muffins and fruit. Night / morning manager was asleep at the desk. When I left my key and tried to get his attention, he was in such a deep slumber that he could not wake up.... I left him in peace and hope he gets some rest.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming even with our late arrival. The beds need major attention. Felt like we slept on a board and both woke up with sore backs. The comforter was no more than a sheet. The "pillows" were extremely thin and floppy.

Not much parking at this hotel! They need another lot.

Clean, super customer. service will stay again.

Room was good to go and clean. I had a comfortable nights rest. The only negative was the continental breakfast. No juice! Only coffee, waffles, toast and cereal.
