The hotel environment is good, the lobby is very beautiful, the accommodation experience is also good. The river view is really amzing. But because of the rain, we did not go out. I’m willing to come back next time.

I received a very friendly welcome. The concierge offered to help me with my luggage and showed me to my room，The room was large and very comfortable,Room service was also timely .The only pity is that I don't have time to go to the swimming pool to experience it.

The experience of staying at this hotel is particularly good. The waiters who come to collect laundry are very enthusiastic, and the clothes are washed clean and ironed smoothly. I really like this hotel and the waiters here

Room n facilities are well maintained

Breakfast range n service can be better. Coffee was not easily available. More Western options.

The location is near to the river that has a pedestrian walk with trees and plants along the way. Air is fresh and breezy. The hotel has a grand appearance at the lobby and my room is modern, clean, spacious and has a balcony overlooking the river.

When I arrived at the hotel, I was shocked by the doorman and the bellhop who waited for us to take our heavy luggage down from the taxi without giving us a hand. On the first night we had our dinner at their Chinese restaurant and was again shocked by the waitress attitude, after being given the menu, she returned to get our orders within 5 minutes and I said we were not ready yet. She disappeared completely after a very long time. I noticed there were only about 3 tables in the big restaurant. I don't think they care about customer service and may not stay at this hotel again.

Terrific location, beautiful riverfront, friendly staff

Fixtures in the rooms are a bit dated, should provide pod coffee (nespresso) in rooms-not instant coffee, lighting was a bit dark. Lastly, pet policies should be clearly defined, one member in our family traveled with a small dog, on arrival, at check in, there was confusion (even though it was noted on our booking)

Hotel environment: convenient transportation; Hygiene: The room is clean and tidy. Service: The level of service here is very high, and every employee we meet is excellent. The service was very warm and considerate and made my stay a perfect experience!

The hotel lobby is very grand, and the staff are extremely enthusiastic. My room also has a spacious balcony with a convenient river view. They even thoughtfully provided children's amenities. It's a fantastic hotel

The hotel is very beautiful.The staff provide very professional service with me. In particular,the front desk staff told me how to go to Mount Huang. I will choose the hotel during my next travel in Huangshan.
