Three Oaks Motel - Titusville

When I checked out

Well it's a mix of things I didn't like from the roaches to the black floors they where nasty. The dad at the front office when I checked in made a comment said that make sure these towels come back clean and white and you'll get your deposit now I know why he said that I came out of the shower and I use the format twice and it was completely covered in dirt black as night and then you have the maintenance guy who is Queen Sheba of them all the mother and father who are running that establishment do not need to be near public they don't understand one word in English you know how to talk one way to English but yet they're running a front desk at a motel

It was convenient and had a room available

It appeared to have several long-term tenants at the facility

The floor in the bathroom and the rest of the room was very dirty.

Busy road on both sides of the Motel-noisy!

Fridge did not work. Front desk actually told me to plus it in and try again. AC not working! Lobby still locked at 8am so no coffee. Mattress at least a decade old and worn out. Nothing positive to say

Very pleasant 3 day stay. Driving distance for day trips. Staff very helpfully, Short distance to bridge to watch rocket launch.

Very small bathroom, but who wants more than 1 person in the bathroom?

it had a good shower but thats it.

it was a sketchy location and i only went there because i had no place else to sleep but definitely wouldnt stay again. got woken up by 15 cop cars in the parking lot and people talking outside my room. the sheets were dirty as well
