Very good location. Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. Tea and coffee facilities in the room.

We had a great time with our toddler at the hotel. The hotel was filled with activities for kids - petting zoo, flying fox, climbing track, bicycles and swimming pool. The warmth of the staff hospitality is also something we truly appreciate. Special mention to the breakfast buffet and the restaurant team - especially Mr. Arizona and his team - for a great service and amazing local choices of breakfast. We were there for 4 days 3 nights and were impressed by the breakfast everyday. While the hotel is around 1.5hour drive from CGK airport, it was worth the drive if you are looking for a greener, more relaxed pace of Jakarta and warmer hospitality :)

the location is very close to my destination (SICC), the bed was comfy

the lights in the room is too dark, it's better to have a brighter light especially when we spend more time in the room

The location is strategic, near the shoping mall. The room is clean, the towel also clean. The hotel provides water dispensers in the corridors, which is very good. The staff are friendly, I like when the staff dance together in the swimming pool. Not just the good food, but they have barbeque also and it's when doing barbeque with families or friends.

Restaurant have very good traditional food. We love it, with fresh mix juice and have great recipe. Thanks to Arizonia, Alvian, Nurul, Fahri and Keyla that have take care for us in two days meeting 👍👍. Coffee need to increase the quality of the bean. The accomodation room need to be increase the bed quality.

Breakfast is good! Staff are very friendly, provided good service, thanks so much to Pak Pia, Nurul and Mentari! We had dinner and breakfast at the restaurant, super nice experience, food is amazing, I asked soft boiled eggs which they provided separately!
