Great hotel. Has everything you need for a pleasant stay. Has its own parking and a supermarket nearby. Flavio is a great host. We would visit again.

The sweetest staff, great location and a spacious terrace. Everything you need and want to see is in close proximity - you can walk or take the bus very easily for restaurants, town center and shops. This specific area is not too busy since it is not located in the center of Sirmione, which makes it a perfect place to calmly chill when you're not exploring the lake.

Toll waren die kostenlose Fahrräder, um die Umgebung zu erkunden. See ist in ca. 10 Minuten Fußmarsch zu erreichen. Penny direkt um die Ecke und Migros ca. 10 Minuten entfernt. Dort kann man auch lecker und günstig frühstücken.

Cortesia del personale e comodità dell' appartamento.

Solo un po' decentrato da Sirmione, ma con le bici che la struttura mette a disposizione è raggiungibile in una ventina di minuti

Ho affittato 2 appartamenti per 7 persone, siamo rimasti molto, molto soddisfatti, a Sirmione non e da poco avere il parcheggio gratis, soprattutto a disposizione le bici 24 su 24.Zona molto tranquilla, gli servizi super.

Lugar limpo, confortável, com cozinha completa, nos deixaram alguns “mimos” como cápsulas de café, água, biscoitos, chá. O atendimento do Flávio foi um show à parte, super simpático, educado, solícito, muito acima da média!
