オルティージャ島への橋から2本ほど手前の通りにある ビルの５階にあるB＆Bです。 キッチン、バスは共同です。４～５部屋ほどあり、 早めに到着したところ、どの部屋がいいか 選ばせてくれました。シラクーザ観光には よい立地だと思います。

Room (with shared bath) was adequate as was the breakfast. The location, however, was excellent and the owner most engaging.

Sehr freundlicher Besitzer,der sehr bemüht ist,seinen Gästen wichtige Information über den Ort zu geben. Das Hotel selber ist leider etwas schwer zu finden,da kein großes Schild an der Tür angebracht ist.Das Zimmer und die anderen Räume sind sehr spartanisch eingerichtet,aber zum Übernachten ok.

Room was spacious and pretty clean with ok views of harbour from balcony. Very close to bridge to Ortigia where you will spend most your time. The owner wasn't around when we arrived in the afternoon, I was buzzing the building door with no answer and had to ask a few locals for help before eventually one friendly business owner across the road called the owner for me and he arrived about 15 minutes later. I would strongly recommend scheduling an arrival time with the owner so you are not left on the street confused and waiting. The owner did help me find a street park which was good and he had plenty of info on the town. Breakfast was fairly ordinary. Fresh coffee was good.

Cet hotel bénéficie d'un emplacement exceptionnel à 2 pas d'Ortigia. Flavio vous accueille en Français et se charge de vous trouver une place de parking gratuit dans une rue à côté. Le service est au petit soin. Le balcon donne sur le port, la rue est très calme. La chambre est spacieuse, la déco minimaliste. Le seul petit bémol est la salle de bain vraiment vieillotte mais très propre. Le glacier en face est au top à petit prix

Ho scelto la struttura per tarscorrervi una sola notte, insieme a mio marito e a nostra figlia. All'arrivo abbiamo dovuto attendere oltre 20 minuti perchè qualcuno ci facesse entrare. Le informazioni fornite dalla struttura sono lacunose. Nessuna spiegazione ci è stata data sulla tassa di soggiorno pretesa. L'ambiente non è accogliente, struttura datata, porte scadenti, arredo misero. Abbiamo scoperto solo all'arrivo che il bagno è in comune., per quanto pulito. Le stanze sono calde, a meno di non volere azionare il condizionatore, e molto rumorose perchè il balcone si proietta su una strada trafficatissima, senza tregua. La colazione offerta è inadeguata per tipologia, quantità e scelta. La struttura è un buon ostello ma non merita di appartenere alla categoria di beb, il personale tenta di camuffare tutti i difetti mostrandosi cordiale e prodigo di informazioni, anche quando non richieste.

Chambre très spacieuse et lumineuse. 2 salles de bain très propres pour 4 chambres. Petit déjeuner très copieux. Très bien située c'est à dire avec facilité de parking gratuit et proche dans la rue et juste à l'entrée de la vieille ville Hôte serviable donnant tous les conseils pour une visite dans les meilleures conditions avec des conseils judicieux.
