Confusion about breakfast included in the price of not

The heating was great 👍, room size great 👍, the bed was comfortable.

The wifi internet was ranging from very slow to non-existent.

Nice staff, huge rooms, good parking and only a fiver to use swimming pool and gym. Pub next door.

Bit dated but clean, fire alarm light in room was bright and if you need a dark room to sleep you might struggle. Small problems overcome by good value for money.

Staff was really amazing and helpfull. Will stay again soon.

Leaving

When we got there I thought it was all booked and paid for as that’s what usually happens on booking.com when I book so I had to struggle to pay for the room which I thought was paid for the location and how the place looks from outside Is far from 5 star the staff on the till were extremely rude and looked and me and my friend like we were trash they didn’t tell us where facilities were or what time they closed we had to ask other guests and then realised when we did go use the facilities that it was closing in 6 mins we were spoken to Rudely by staff as we didn’t know you wasn’t allowed to take pics of yourself there was no milk fo coffees in the morning the rooms were dated like 1920 really really disappointed and will never book this place again sauna was tiny and the “spa” experience we thought we was going to get we definitely do not

Nothing really.

Run down appearance. Stained carpets and upholstery. Very poor shower. Only two small sachets of cheap shower gel. Door exit's green light very bright and lit up room all night. Strange smells in the room and around the hotel.

This worked perfectly for a family occasion. Large room, and the pub nextdoor was good for barfood. Nice breakfast (extra but very reasonable charge).

Mattress was a bit soft for me, but still slept well.

No security, anyone could have entered the hotel, the toilet seat was a completely different shape to the bowl, the room decor was very dated, the pillows & duvet were flat/tired, the hotel was noisy...I wrote a letter of complaint and I'm still waiting to hear back from them.
