Clean room, nice staff, good breakfast.

There was one thing we did like. It was breakfast. That was great.

Our room didn't meet cleanliness standards by far. The sofa bed still had the previous linen on it. The pillow cases on all pillows were of earlier guests. There were stains on one, and the others smelled like someone had slept on them. The icing on the cake was finding unmentionable hair on one side of the bed. Luckily, I had a set of sheets that I travel with, and the lady downstairs was kind enough to bring a set of pillow cases and a sheet (not the whole set). We had to make do with what we had. We were so tired and not able to get to another hotel. I told the person when we checked out, and all I got was an "I am so sorry." The money paid should have been returned, or at the very least, half of it. The good points were the breakfast and having clean towels...that is it.
