It was paradise with the most loveliest people. All the staff went over & above to make the experience exceptionall.

Struttura che necessita di una ristrutturazione. L'edificio ha più di 50 anni, e si vedono tutti.

We loved the room, found it very specious and the beds were big enough and comfortable. We enjoyed lunch more than breakfast but we tried all meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) at the buffet place and overall everything was good. We made two separate reservations cause we wanted to add one night and the room we initially booked wasn't available anymore, and they were so kind to let us stay in the upgraded option the whole stay. The last night we also received the residential club advantages (breakfast delivery, discounts on activities, reserved places at the pool and beach, skincare set, access to the public bath etc). I didn't know there were all these advantages when booking, if I had known I may have booked the upgraded room from the beginning cause there was not too much difference in terms of pricing (and our room was amazing, with a beautiful view!) Everything was good, the staff was kind and very helpful.

I would have liked more info on the residential club advantages when booking.

Fin beliggenhed. Stor gode værelser. Smuk strand og pool område. Mange steder at opholde sig på. Terrasser, strand og solsenge.

Syntes det manglede noget til pengene. Vi havde købt med lounges adgang. Det var ikke det værd. De lukkede tidligt og der var tidsbegrænsning på nogle goder. Havde en episode med noget personale som ikke opførte sig professionelt. Ikke alle restauranter var åben på stedet. Morgenmaden haltede. Der var virkelig meget at vælge imellem, men ikke rigtig noget som var rigtig lækkert.
