Quiet, tranquil, nice and helpful staff, beautiful rooms

Bit far from the centre, but it’s nice and peaceful because of this - easy to get to centre with taxi/ búggie.

We had a wonderful and time at Hotel Harb. The owner was particularly generous with his time and hospitality. Our time began with a tour of his collection of furniture and ornaments from around the world. These are genuinely a lifetime of careful planning, an excellent eye and immense passion. The day of our departure was a race day on San Andres and we needed to be at 5am to beat the road closures. The owner was up to help us navigate this little bump in our journey. The service we received at Harb was personal, helpful and friendly … and do find time to eat at Purezza - a hole in the wall joint that serves up delicious seafood dishes by the side of the road. Absolutely delicious and suggested by the hotel

Decoração e conforto

Un hotel con un encanto oriental y un aire muy tailandés, perfecto para descansar y desconectarse. Sus espacios están cuidadosamente diseñados, llenos de detalles elegantes y calma. La comida es absolutamente deliciosa y cada plato está preparado con dedicación. Si van, por favor reserven el restaurante para almuerzo o cena: tienen unos platos exquisitos que realmente valen la pena. El personal es increíblemente amable, siempre dispuesto a ayudar con todo, desde información útil hasta la organización de tours, lo que hace que la estadía sea tranquila, cómoda y muy especial.

La habitación y el desayuno excepcional, aunque es cerca al aeropuerto la única opción para el transporte es a través de Taxi, se recomienda alquilar mulita para facilitar movilidad.

Las habitaciones que tienen balcón podrían tener algún tipo de decoración para aprovechar mejor ese espacio, también sería bueno dar un poco más de visibidad al mar desde el hotel.

Las instalaciones

El hotel me hizo más de seis cargos en la tarjeta de crédito. La reserva fue a través de Booking, pero solo me devolvieron uno de los cobros indebidos. Aún tengo un cargo de más de 340 € del que Booking se desentiende por completo. El hotel nunca respondió y Booking tampoco da una solución.
