Ich habe das Hotel um eine Rücksendung einer vergessenen Badehose gebeten. Sie haben diesen Service ausgelagert, das sie scheinbar zu faul waren, diese selbst bei der Post aufzugeben. Der Service hätte fast 100 €, für das Paket verlangen wollen. Paketstrecke Bormio-St.Gallen!

Posh interior. Bed was very comfy. Perfect location to start any serious motorcycling adventure.

Well. The kettle and coffee machine didn’t work. Had to go down and ask for hot water during the night for tea. Breakfast was ok, but they served instant coffee. We complained and guess what, we were served instant coffee again. Staff serving instant coffee could approach with „good morning“ as well to make guests feel more accommodated.

Una atención maravillosa ,amplia la habitación ,con buena distribución todo muy nuevo ,el patio de la habitación increíble ,y por no hablar del buffet que fue maravilloso el mejor hotel sin duda calidad precio insuperable
