The location was relatively close to the train station. The apartment is spacious. The breakfast is very basic, with little variety. The daytime receptionist is very kind. One of the apartments had a damp smell, and we informed the receptionist, who changed it for another one without any problem, although in the new apartment we were given, the bathroom drain got clogged.

When arriving after reception is closed, you can call the intercom and they assist you. We arrived late at night, and the woman who came to open the door treated us very badly at first and said we did not have any reservation. After checking, she realized that we did have one, gave us the key, and then insulted the receptionist on duty through the intercom. The next morning at 9 a.m. during breakfast, we asked if there was more cheese, and the same woman shouted at us rudely, “IT’S FINISHED.” This type of service leaves a lot to be desired. The receptionist himself later told us that next time, if we need anything, we should ask him directly. The staircase also seemed a bit dangerous to me. I always went down very carefully because I am afraid of that type of staircase without handrails. The shower gel and shampoo were provided in a very small size, not enough for 3 or 4 people. I also didn’t like having to take the trash ourselves to the bin outside the building. In my opinion, it would make more sense to leave the trash bag at the apartment entrance and have the cleaning staff take care of it. That’s just my opinion

Bardzo miła i kompetentna obsługa hotelu. Świetna lokalizacja. Bardzo komfortowy pokój z aneksem kuchennym. Przestronny parking w bardzo dobrej cenie.

Very Disappointing Stay. Not Recommended

I had a bad experience at this hotel. It’s right on a busy main road, so there was constant noise from cars and sirens all night. I booked a double bed but was given a twin room, and the receptionist said there were no doubles available. When I asked to upgrade to a suite, I was told it was too expensive and he have no time for that because he have to go home, very unprofessional. They also called me during work just to ask what time I’d check in because the hotel “closes” at 5 PM, which was strange. The 250€ deposit for one night was excessive, and during checkout, the receptionist made me wait while he checked the room for any missing items before giving the deposit back in front of other guests, which felt uncomfortable and unnecessary. Overall, the staff were not helpful or welcoming, and I wouldn’t stay here again.
