The hostel requires that the credit card holder’s name matches the guest’s name on the booking confirmation. The credit card used to make the reservation must be presented upon check-in. Please contact the property if you expect to arrive outside of check-in hours. There is no elevator at this hostel. The rooms are just 1 floor up. Bed linen and towels are included in all room categories with the exception of group bookings of more than 15 people. Bed linen: 60 SEK per person & towels: 20 SEK per person Please contact the property before arrival if you wish to rent bed linen/towels for group bookings of more than 15 people.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A deposit may be required at the property.
