Fabulous hotel , the food is great , the rooms are very old and needs makeover.

This hotel was incredible and the service was absolutely amazing!!! The food was delicious, the rooms were beautiful, the activities were fun, and the entire stay was so amazing!! I highly recommend this hotel for a family vacation!!!! Thank you to Tal for the incredible service throughout our entire stay. She made sure everything was perfect and helped us out the entire time!!!

I booked the hotel for 7 days. Upon arrival, I learned that the hotel will be closed in 3 days. The hotel staff knew in advance that the hotel would be closed - They could inform me a few days earlier - I would find another hotel. Night is not a good time to look for a hotel. I was transferred to another hotel "at the same price"- in a different location, which was half cheaper (I checked it on hotels.com after returning from holiday), the price difference was not refunded. I left the room at 11 and got a new one by 1 p.m. - I spent two hours in the lobby. Packing and unpacking clothes took me a few hours. I rented a hotel through hotels.com, which helps to avoid this situation I have the impression that I have been cheated. I am not used to such treatment (the more that I paid almost $ 500 per night) How should I rate this Hotel?

Amazing place service and food

בסך הכל השהות הייתה מדהימה ! כשהגענו למלון קיבלנו חדר נוראי, לאחר שביקשנו העבירו אותנו לחדר מאותו הסוג אבל בקומה נגישה יותר ואיזור שקט יותר. החדרים עצמם פשוטים מאוד, אך כל שאר החוויה עולה על כך. הגענו עם תינוק. המלון מציע הכל לתינוק, החל מסטריליזטור, מטרנה, מיטת תינוק, סינרים חד פעמיים ואפילו עגלה ! יש אוכל פשוט כל היום, לא נשארים רעבים אפילו לרגע, המון המון פעילויות לאורך כל היום, חוף ים פרטי ומדהים שכולל מסעדה איטלקית מעולה שאפשר לאכול בה פעם אחת בחינם ושירותי חוף כמו לימוד גלישת רוח, הפלגה למשפחה והכל חינם ! מחיר המלון לא זול אבל לדעתי שווה היה כיף, ואנחנו מאמינים שעוד נשוב!

Одно из лучших мест, в котором были. Безупречная кухня, отличное местоположение, для детей все! Попали на Суккот, было очень весело, хотя и шумно. Жалко было уезжать. Неприятный момент - бармен в лобби баре, которые просто Игнорировал меня и мою семью! 15 минут ждать бутылку воды!!! Он обслуживал всех евреев вокруг нас, а мы стояли как просящие перед ним, даже взгляда не бросал! И так было каждый раз, когда я или супруга подходили к бару. Это возможно удержит меня следующий раз поехать в этот отель...

Personnel très attentif Merci à Rachely et Koby pour leur écoute à nos demandes et la promptitude à y répondre. Bonne prise en charge des enfants. Restaurant de la plage très sympathique et de bonne qualité. Dommage que la salle à manger soit bruyante.
