AUAUThe location was close to both the waterfalls we wanted to visit and staff were friendly.
Check-in information is not communicated with the hotel effectively (hotel staff were saying that we were late despite our late check-in request being approved and we arrived well within that time - checked in at 8:30pm with our approved check in time being 9:00pm. The bathroom ceiling was covered in black mould. There was hair in the shower recess. The bar fridge door was covered in rust and the carpet heavily stained. The door to the bathroom fell out of it's rung.
AUCheck in was super easy. The staff member at the front counter was very friendly. The room was clean well located and quite spacious. The hotel is right in the main street and easy to find. It is close to the supermarket and cafes.
There was a light under the television that seem to be motion censored and every time I rolled over it turned on.
