La cercanía a la playa, es nuevo y está bien decorado

Es un tercero sin ascensor además de ser un dúplex que suma más escaleras. La terraza se agradecería un toldo porque es habitual las "cacas" de palomas y cuando tiendes la ropa, es probable que tengas que lavar varias veces, lo mismo con la mesa exterior y las sillas. La mesa de la cocina anterior la rompieron los anteriores inquilinos y a nosotros nos dejaron una provisional que era para 2 personas de balcón no para 4 personas y a la hora de la comida no te puedes salir a la terraza obviamente por el calor. Que la sala esté conjunta con el dormitorio principal tampoco es práctico. Hemos echado de menos una TV arriba.

Fantastic Stay in Villajoyosa – Highly Recommended! I spent 9 wonderful days in Villajoyosa at Happy Villa Rústico, and I can truly recommend this place. The location is perfect — close to everything you need, yet peaceful and relaxing. The accommodation was both comfortable and very beautiful. Everything felt well taken care of and fresh, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The cleaning was of a high standard throughout the entire stay, which I really appreciated. The facilities were also excellent and made it easy to feel at home. The combination of the lovely accommodation, the calm atmosphere, and the central location made the holiday truly successful. I highly recommend Happy Villa Rústico to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay in Villajoyosa!

El lugar y las vistas. Es espectacular. El personal muy amable

El baño es muy pequeño y q no tiene ascensor. Pero es magnifico. El ditio espectacular y el peesonal muy amable

The location of the property was great.

Although we were aware it was a studio it was still quite small. The air con unit was very noisy. Advised the reception staff of this and we were told someone would be round in 2 days to have a look but no one came. More towels would have been nice. It would also be good if the tv didn’t have a lock so you couldn’t change the language. We had nothing in English at all. Beds were very hard and uncomfortable. Although not the apartment’s fault but there is a broken gate on the side street where the reception is so when traffic went over it, it was very noisy this was with the windows & shutters closed. Curtains over the shutters were full of dirty marks. Lots of plug sockets but only 1 mirror located in the bathroom. Could do with putting a full length mirror on the wall.
