This place was fantastic! The room was a little dated. But seriously didn't bother me. Housekeeping came everyday, and you could always tell by the smell of the bleach. The floors were mopped daily, again, overall, i loved the openness, as large as a small apartment! The staff were always smiling and willing to help whether at the main entrance or at their scrumptious breakfast. Definitely will stay here again when and if we return to Panamá.

The room was amazing. 1 separate bedroom with a king bed and a king bed in the living room. A separate work area. Kitchen with full size fridge, gas stove top, large microwave, full set of dishware and a table w\ 4 chairs. Carlos from maintenance was awesome (had a small issue with 1 of 2 TV's). The breakfast spread was amazing (they had an omelette station!). Front desk staff were also amazing (they arranged a private tour of the city, canal and old town). I will definitely stay here when I next visit Panama City!

the staff was extremely friendly, helpful and willing to go the extra mile, the breakfast was delicious and well served, the rooms are extremely spacious and super clean. I would like to express my gratitude to Jonathan and Victor specifically (front desk) extremely helpful

nothing, everything was perfect. You should consider some ergonomic approach to the staff in the front desk, they have to bend over and eventually will hurt the employee
