Dear Management, I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction regarding the breakfast service during my recent stay at your resort with my son. While the accommodation and pool facilities were enjoyable, the level of service provided during breakfast was unacceptable and does not reflect the standards expected of a hospitality establishment. I experienced repeated and unnecessary delays in receiving basic orders such as coffee. On multiple occasions, I had to follow up personally, as staff appeared inattentive and engaged in personal conversations rather than prioritizing guest service. Most concerning was the conduct of a particular waitress with long hair tied in a ponytail. When I followed up on my order, she responded in a sarcastic manner and displayed openly dismissive behavior. Such conduct is unprofessional, disrespectful, and not acceptable in any customer-facing role. Guests pay for both service and experience, and it is the responsibility of the establishment to ensure that all staff maintain proper professionalism at all times. I request that this matter be taken seriously and addressed appropriately to prevent similar incidents in the future.

Posizione strategica, piscina grande ma purtroppo senza musica o intrattenimento

Bungalow troppo piccolo e vecchiotto. Presenti una trentina di motociclisti Harley molto rumorosi sia le moto che le persone.

The camping is huge and has a lot of amenities - there was a playground right in front of our bungalow, the aqua park is nice, the animators were very professional and the location is very good - 2 mins from the beach, close to both the airport and city of Alghero. Overall we were very satisfied.

No actual complaints, it exceeded our expectations. The beach could be a little better maintained - for example raking away the seaweed a couple of times per day.
