お値打ちに宿泊出来て良かったです。スタッフの方の対応が良く、気持ち良く過ごすことができました。ありがとうございます。

排水溝が詰まってるのか、ただ水の流れが悪いのか… お風呂に入ってて、トイレの方まで水が浸食し、もう少しで水浸しになるところでした。 トイレも流したら、小さい排水溝から水が少しずつ漏れてました。

ウォシュレット交換してほしい

The staff struggled to speak in English and explain things, this was too expensive for a budget hotel. The only thing that worked was the air conditioner.

The room was extremely old, and uncomfortable, it was not cleaned prior to us arriving. In addition to this, you could not complain to anyone. The room was not even clean and it was a tiny bed for two people. The bathroom was falling to pieces.

***all photos attached are in the room! not the bathroom or outside, in the room! you can see the black mold*** This is a very unsanitary property, there was black mold on the walls, not just in the bathroom, but the main room itself. The black mold was on the walls and the head rest of the bed, our faces were right next to the mold! additionally the room was dusty and we found property from precious occupants in the room. The walls were thin, so we could hear everything from the neighbors next to, below and above us. in addition the air conditioner and refrigerator made extremely loud strange noises, it was difficult to sleep. I don’t have allergies but both myself and my partner woke up with respiratory issues and I think this is attributed to the mold growing on the walls and by the head rest. I don’t have extremely high standards when it comes to hotels, but I do expect them to be reasonably clean and without mold.

Although the people working there were very kind. The hotel is really dirty. The toilet wasn’t clean and the shower had mold everywhere.

正直あのクオリティで1泊1万こえるなんてありえない。 連泊の場合、6日超えないと部屋の清掃もしない…頼めば有料… 府中にはこんなホテルしかない。

隣の方のお声が聞こえました。 でも交通の便もよく使いやすかったです。
