An der Rezeption waren die Leute genervt und unfreundlich. Beim Frühstück war nie besteck da. Man musste allem hinterherlaufen. Frühstück war zudem jeden Tag das selbe. Das Bett im Zimmer war hart wie ein Stein.
BGЛипсва ютия и допълнителен сешоар. Сешоара е слаб и неудобен. Закуската е еднообразна , но вкусна.

CHPersonally I would never book this hotel again and would not recommend anyone to book, particularly the double bed room. The room they gave to me is a very small, dark, old, crowded and poorly maintained one. If you don’t move the bed to another side, you cannot open the closet and use the safe box. It has no WiFi, no balcony and no view, which looks nothing similar to the pictures they posted on the booking page! I went to ask the staff why my room doesn’t look like the displayed pictures and she told me ‘You should not look at the pictures but look at the room titles.’ That is how they mislead the consumers. Before booking the room, I have nothing to take as references except the pictures and some information, while even the pictures are fake! And it costed me nearly 120 CHF, for such experience.
