Nice facility. Everything was great the first time we stayed there. All the amenities we were looking for.

When we stayed there the second time, 7/18-19/25, the pool was down, our TV antenna would not connect; and the internet did not work. We could not swim; we could not watch TV and we had no internet. I would like to receive a financial compensation on the cost of our room as most of the amenities we were expecting were not working.

The pool was out of order. We were not informed at check in. We changed our clothes went down and my family was disappointed. Another guest informed us she was told at check-in that the pool was out of order but another close property would allow the guests to swim there. We drove to that location and their pool was closed as well.

Staff was very friendly when I called to let them know we were going to be a late check-in. And when arriving the night staff was just as nice in person, very friendly in the AM as well for breakfast. We did not check out the swimming pool area but I would say it was clean too if the rest of the place was like it was !!
