Please note that there is a 1.5% charge when you pay with a credit card. Please note for bookings of 3 or more rooms, different policies and procedures apply. When paying in advance, the credit card used for payment must be presented upon arrival and must match photo identification. Please note that at check-in, a valid unexpired photo identification and a preauthorization on a physical card will be required. Further information about ID and preauthorization can be obtained by contacting the hotel. A damage deposit of AUD 200 is required on arrival. This may be collected by credit card as a pre-authorization in advance of your arrival and you will be asked to produce the card your booking was made with for verification. This is a temporary hold of funds and subject to an inspection of the property and no recourse is required for damages, should be released within 14 days of check-out, depending on your financial institution.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
