"Why stay in Tamworth when you can stay at the Harvest Lodge in Gunnedah?"

I like how there is a roof over where the motor vehicles are parked. More places should do that. Being able to have dinner at the motel is great. Owners and staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast in room at a reasonable price.

Solo travellers like me don't need two beds in the room. I'd prefer the extra floor space.

2 doors in the room, great for airing the room out. Comfy bed, great shower. Microwave, fridge and iron in room - all clean and useable. Very friendly reception staff.

Room wasn't vacuumed and had items from previous guest on the floor, had the potato and leek soup for dinner, which was plain boiled potatoes blended with water, menu said it came with Turkish bread, but had stale dinner roll instead.

The staff were fabulous and the shower was the best I’ve had in a motel. The on site restaurant had a great food menu
