La Breza Hotel

My friends visited me at the hotel because it was my birthday. I was charge for the visit and was told they should be done by 10:00 p.m I will never ever book to stay here. They were unreasonable and rude to me and my friends.

Food quality needs improvement.

room was clean though when they did room service the next day, towels and complimentary water were forgotten. Service personnel were good and helpful. Wifi in the room I stayed never worked. Even with this, I will still go back and book my next stay.

Clean and spacious room. Not very good wifi connection. There was not enough towels and toilette paper in the bathroom. Hotel staff at the lobby are accomodating. However, room service was poor. We had to make follow ups for assistance in connecting to the wifi service. All in all our stay was good. We will definitely come back.

The only annoying thing is that they request deposit for everything. When you pay for 17nights stay upfron it is really ridiculous to be required to leave deposit of ca 40 Euro... And if you give them laundry you have to leave another deposit!

nice place to stay.the sound of the alarm whenever car comes out of the garage is too much! 24 hrs a day.I hope they lower it down,the whole hears the alarm day and night.

This place is not a hotel but a condominium (False ad). If you want your money's worth, stay away from this place. Aside from their difficult/ unfair cancel policy, the experience we had was a nightmare. They charged us for 2 nights even though we just stayed for 1 night because we canceled our booking almost as soon as we checked in. Within the first hour stay, we already had negative experience: the floor was slippery with condensation - very unsafe,bed sheets felt damp, room felt so humid, the toilet wouldn't flush properly, the faucet was falling off the lavatory, the free wifi didn't work at all (too much inconvenience), the location is not near to any shopping center or restaurants and there's too much noise. Also there is only one room key provided which is very inconvenient for if someone needs to go out of the room, whoever is left in the room has no electricity (no aircon, no lights, etc). Another inconvenience is you have to carry the room key wherever you go in order to activate the elevator in the building. Since this place is a condominium and not a hotel, there are neighbors that play loud music and there's loud talk in the hallway even after midnight. We were also charged for a one night stay with the 2nd room we booked for my parents even though we have canceled it ahead of time - we can't afford to have our parents experience the same worst accommodation. We want a full refund for our stay after such a horrifying, terrible experience at La Breza Hotel.

The staff is courteous, the hotel is comfortable. The wifi is pretty good most of the time, but had some issues periodically. The pool is refreshing, but the hours of operation for the gym should be expanded in the morning and in the evening to adjust for business schedule before and after work. Overall, it is a great place to stay. I will stay there again.

Not a guest oriented service, it's just a customer service.
