Als wir im Hotel ankamen fingen die Probleme an .Unsere Buchung wurde nicht gefunden....was sich nach über einer Stunde als doppelbuchung herausstellte. Als wir im Laufe der Zeit fragten ob wir denn überhaupt ein Zimmer bekämen hieß es noch "ja" . Also haben wir unsere beiden Motorräder abgeladen und den Berg hoch getragen. 10 min. später dann die Realität...kein Zimmer für uns. Es folgte keine Entschuldigung oder irgendetwas in dieser Richtung. Also auf keinen Fall zu empfehlen.

Nonostante la valutazione bassa la nostra esperienza è stata positiva. I pasti erano vari e di buona qualità, e camerieri e personale molto cortesi e disponibili. L'albergo è in una posizione molto favorevole, vicino alla fermata dello skibus e a tutti i locali e negozi del centro. Inoltre per i giovani, sotto l'albergo c'è un locale, chiamato "El Barisel", dove il sabato di solito fanno "serata".

L'unico difetto che riesco a trovare sono la struttura e le camere, ovviamente da rinnovare (come ci hanno comunicato prima dell'arrivo): la doccia è piuttosto piccola e i letti eccessivamente morbidi. Tutto questo però si dimentica quando si pensa al prezzo che si paga, e alla disponibilità dello staff, quindi valutazione comunque molto positiva.
