Posizione e camerieri della sala

L’accoglienza . Siamo arrivati in hotel e non c’era la camera disponibile e la prima notte e siamo dovuti andare a 20 km di distanza senza alcun preavviso . Vergognoso . E la signora bionda dell’hotel ( forse responsabile ) faceva anche la presuntuosa . Molto sgarbata

L'hotel merita più del voto medio delle recensioni che, a mio parere, sono ingiuste. Certo, gli arredi sono anni '80, ma poco importa. La camera è spaziosa e pulita, il bagno pure, e tutti i servizi sono garantiti. La doccia dispone persino dell'opzione idromassaggio. Posizione centralissima e vista panoramica da brividi. Hall grande e accogliente.

Nel prezzo sono inclusi cena e colazione a buffet, ma la qualità del cibo è come quella di una mensa comune.

Non si capisce perché a fine soggiorno, malgrado sia stata richiesta, la ricevuta del soggiorno stesso non sia stata rilasciata! E’ normale tale comportamento?
