Fabulous hotel for relaxing. Rooms are large, clean and inviting. Great for a quiet holiday as the hotel has wonderful amenities.

We had a great week - away from the noise of Rhodes and LIndos - only 44 rooms and it was early in the season which apparently starts at the end of April. Staff were all lovely; the rooms was gorgeous and the bed superbly comfortable. Would have preferred the food to include more traditional Greek food - even with a contemporary make over! But the chef was superb and the cooking was terrific - Whilst we were there, they started to differentiate between lunch and evening menus a bit better than when we arrived; think there is more to do there, as with the room service menus. Staff could do with better briefing about what's available locally - several of them independently recommended us to Lindos for one night: we went and found it was everything that we were paying top dollar to get away from! More info about local, traditional and other tavernas would be helpful. The beach is stony - although many of the other guests seemed happy enough with that - we just avoided it and enjoyed the pool or the balcony But overall it was a superb week in a lovely hotel - deeply recommended if you want peace and quiet, hot sun and good food! And no one under 16 - !

Its a lovely hotel but slightly stiff staff. And so many rules - no photos if there are other guests around, breakfast ends strictly at 10.30, and you do feel like you are being watched 24/7 which detracts a bit from feeling like you are on holiday. You have to pay for wi fi and coffee and tea in your room is only provided on the first day - if you want more, you have to pay. I would expect a bit more from a 5 star. Other than that, it is top notch, and has gorgeous views from anywhere in the hotel.

This new hotel was built and designed to a high standard and the staff were exceptionally helpful. Plunge pool is a nice touch but they are fairly cold and can't be heated. Main pool and spa facilities were excellent. We didn't eat at the hotel as prices are very expensive. Location of the hotel is along a strip of modern hotels, so nothing "Greek" about the area. Recommend a car so you can get to Lindos where there are numerous (fairly touristy) restaurants but a few exceptions if you do the research, but don't bother site seeing as there is nothing interesting/cultural to see on Rhodes, except Lindos and Rhodes town. No coffee machines in the rooms and only Sky news and CNN for English speaking guests - the rest of the 70 channels are predominately German, which caters for the bulk of the hotels guest.

This is te best hotel we have ever stayed in, it's perfect from the service to the food and the quality of the rooms and facilities but if you opt to go bed and breakfast please note that there is a real shortage of other places to eat in kiotari. I would strongly recommend negotiating a half board deal with the hotel as the food there is amazing but expensive if you just order each night from the a la carte menu. The staff really are amazing here and cannot do enough to make sure you have a lovely holiday. We paid extra to have a suite with a pool and spent not of our time in our own private pool but the main hotel pool is beautiful also.

This place is a luxury hotel with all the comfort and class of the best hotels in the world. We had a room with a pool overlooking the sea and couldn't have been more happy with it. It is far from the ferry port though that is the one negative and the surrounding area is still being developed.
