It was great!

Don’t say pet friendly and then charge me $100 for a pet fee for a 1 night stay. And the staff person seemed annoyed we even had our dog with us.

Pet friendly but $100 non-refundable charge for pets to stay. I don’t feel like that was adequately captured on site.

They added a $16 per day parking fee to my bill, which they didn't disclose when I checked in. When I called to complain, they made the outrageous claim that "all hotels charge that." No, they certainly do not. I had to file a fraud dispute with my bank. Check your bill for unauthorized charges if you stayed here. If you haven't stayed here, don't bother. Save yourself the money and aggravation. There are better places to stay, where they don't try to secretly overcharge you.

Good place overall

Somewhat upscale, with extended stay and ADA-friendly suites, all with kitchenettes. The “sofa bed”, however, is a short-backed sofa that flips into a double-bed-sized flat surface you can lay some sheets and blankets on, but it is not a mattress and is not comfortable as a bed or sofa. The breakfast offerings were varied and good, including two pans of hot dishes. BBQ grills and tables outside are available for use. Lots of kids’ sports teams stay here, so be prepared for lots of kids in the breakfast area. Our corner two-bedroom suite was quiet though. Three TVs available. Nice stay, but pricey at around $250 a night in the busy summer, plus you pay $16 a night on top of that for parking. Exercise room and pool are nice. Managers at service desk were helpful in arranging an extra cleaning when my immunosuppressed husband got home from the hospital,

Smelled fresh Staff was ok

We stayed here for a full week. Hotel was clean, room spacious. The kitchen with dishes and silverware was appreciated but we didn’t use it. Hot buffet breakfast was served every day and the menu changed slightly each day. Gym was small and minimalist but OK. I would ask for firmer pillows but otherwise no other issues. Location is convenient to the airport and Anschutz Medical Campus, but not much food available within walking distance. Overall a pleasant mid priced hotel that we would stay at again.

Facility is clean. Hope breakfast has more hot items.

The rooms are fine, but what p1ssed me off was that they charge extra for parking, which wasn't mentioned anywhere when I booked. This isn't a downtown hotel with a parking garage or anything - there's absolutely no reason they need to charge for parking here. It's a total money grab.
