A perfect stay for a Tropea getaway! Located outside the city center at beach level in a quiet area right off the beach. There's quick access to lidos down the road and a short 15-20 minute walk up a hill into town. The breakfast was a highlight especially given that there aren't many cafés around that particular area, and it allowed us to get out and enjoy the beaches. They offered so many food options from pastries to scrambled eggs, fresh coffee, and many juices. The staff was incredibly friendly and kind. Massimo organized us taxis to and from the train station which made our travel days a breeze and was always quick to respond. Would love to stay here again!

Perfect stay ! Wonderful spacious room right on the sea! One of the few hotels beachfront! The staff was amazing, and so friendly and helpful.

Perfect location. I wasn’t sure if I wanted to stay down by the beach or up on the cliff in Tropea, but this worked out perfectly. We have an amazing view of the water and villa grounds from out terrace. The walk up to the heart of Tropea and restaurant area on the cliff was easy, with the stairs about 50 meters from the villa. We drove into Calabria but walked everywhere while staying in Tropea. Massimo was a wonderful host. Breakfast great, with beautiful views of the villa grounds from the terrace.

The location was beautiful. Very special.

Noise! Constant noise from nearby outdoor bar made it impossible to have a peaceful moment. What could have been a relaxing tranquil experience in a beautiful setting was ruined by the constant pounding of the very loud disco. Quite late into the night-sleep was impossible.

The location was amazing. Close to beach, less than 50 yards. The breakfast was excellent every morning. Very fresh. Great service. Massimo was excellent and very helpful with any questions we had. Helped arrange Taxi when needed. The walk to Tropea old town was less than 15 min. A beautiful walk and town is on the hill so be prepared for the stairs.

WE were very happy with the experience. Had no issues with anything. Highly recommend this place.
