I stayed at Makkarim Al-Bait Hotel in Makkah for 9 nights, and overall, it was a very good experience. The service was excellent, and the staff were always friendly, respectful, and helpful. I’d especially like to mention Raihan, who was extremely kind and supportive throughout my stay. He helped me with a lot of information and made sure I was comfortable, which I truly appreciated. I would also like to give special appreciation to the room service staff, who were very helpful and responsive whenever needed. All the other hotel staff were also very polite and cooperative.

There were a few downsides, though. The location is quite far from Masjid al-Haram, which can be challenging after long days. On the positive side, the hotel provides a shuttle bus service. However, it requires transferring to another bus midway, which can be a bit inconvenient, especially during busy times. There was also no official option available to warm up food. However, I really appreciated that the staff still helped me warm up my food a couple of times upon request, which shows their willingness to go the extra mile. Additionally, the Wi-Fi connection was not very reliable during our stay, which was a bit inconvenient.

Very noisy and the room is very poor like two star hotel. No cleaning service for two days in a row despite asking for it.
