The hotel was neat and clean. Staff behavior and curtousy was exceptional. The process was very low compared to the quality of hotel.

Far from haram as usual for all hotels in Aziziya. Inconvenient to attend prayers in Haram. Though they have shuttle service to go to haram but where it drops from that location mosque entrance was 10 minutes walk or more. Similarly returning to hotel in order to get the shuttle has to walk 20 minutes and not easy to find. Less options for eating shops around the hotel

الاحترام من الاستقبال والهدوء في الفندق وحرصهم على راحة النزيل. سعره منافس للفنادق التي تحرص على النظافة مع الفخامة

عدم التعامل مع المدخنين بحزم ، بعض النزلاء يؤذي غيره بالتدخين في الغرف، والمفترض أن يتم وضع غرامة عليه أو يتعامل معه بحزم حتى لا يؤذي غيره. الباص متوفر في التوصيل للحرم، ولكن المواعيد غير منضبطة، والمشرف حق الباص لا يعطي وقت ثابت لمواعيد الباص. المرة السابقة في الحجز كان الجدول واضح في التوصيل

Shuttle service needs improvement.

The shuttle bus station for dropping should be more closer to haram.

Very Clean hotel, good staff and service

Bus shelter service to be improved. Lifts service need to improve as nearest Lift doesn't come your floor. Farthest lift takes time to reach your floor.
