Mariposa Apartments

This apartment was in the middle of everything. Very convenient. Only bad thing is carrying up your luggage two flights because there is no elevator. Would definitely stay here again.

It wasn't the same room that I had booked

The apartment was very functional and there was everything we needed. The beds were comfortable enough albeit a bit hard. Very secure and quiet. Excellent location. There is no microwave which could be useful but for us that was ok.

Petra was fabulous. Couldn’t do enough for us. Issue with iron, replaced the following morning. Picked up Message out of hours and replied right away. Lovely stay

Loved the large condo layout and the balcony. Secure building and in-unit washing machine with drying racks. Well supplied with toiletries and toilet paper. Parking was included but far away.

GUEST BEWARE: Check-in is very complicated. We couldn't arrive after 6, so we changed our plans to arrive at 1300, but they were closed from 1300-1500. We had to drive into the ZTL area to get the parking pass and drop off our luggage. Then, drive several blocks away to the parking garage. Next, walk back to the ZTL which took 10 mins. The hotel is on a different street than the check in office. Oi! Too complicated. Expensive fees for dishes, cleaning, smoking, and pets. All the resorts in town are cheaper and allow dogs for €10 (plus spa use). Bed was very firm.

The location was great on a nice side street close to everything. The apartment was really spacious. The hosts were quick to respond when needed too.

The key collection was confusing as was told we were checking in late when the email said 3-5pm and we arrived at 3, a lot of back and forth between apartment, office and car park. Very limited offer once in apartment, no coffee, oil, salt and pepper etc. Not a necessity of course but nice touches to make the stay easier.
