When I arrived, I was welcomed at the reception by Mohammed, and honestly, he was truly exceptional. Not only did he greet me with kindness and a warm smile, but he also gave me the room much earlier than the official check-in time and upgraded my room as well. This left a very special impression on me. At this stage, I truly believe that a genuine smile and a welcoming face are more important than anything else in a hotel experience. I would also like to thank Dawood and Omar for their excellent work in housekeeping and for their readiness to fulfill every request with professionalism and kindness. A hotel that truly deserves to be considered among the finest hotels in Amman.
