Room was comfortable, bed was very comfortable, I liked that there was complimentary hot chocolate as well as the usual tea and coffee. Breakfast was very good and plentiful, staff were very friendly and helpful.

Towel shelf in my bathroom was loose, the shower thermostat in my friend's bathroom was missing part of the handle.

Comfortable and decent food

No parking facilities and the email they send you where to park doesn’t exist !! Breakfast was burnt to a crisp although dinner the previous evening was good although many things not available on the menu. Roadworks right outside my window on the Main Street went on until midnight. Obviously been there a long time and I was warned of this

Poor room no charging ports net curtains torn/ripped did not close to create privacy complimentary bottles of water already opened Dinner was poor steak over cooked very fatty chips and onion rings very crunchy breakfast bacon dry and over cooked beans over microwaved far to hot burnt mouth
