Location. Comfort. Cleanliness. Breakfast.

Had requested a bath. Unsure if any rooms have a bath. We stayed in room 20 and really struggled with entry key pad.

Very uncomfortable bed. Noisy deliveries from 4.30am.

I liked the helpfullness of the lady on reception when I needed to change my room,as I did not request a wetroom/ disabled access, I wanted a bath and a room i paid for. My room was changed and it was so much better,even checked in with us the next morning to ask how the room was,it meant a lot. Sorry I did not catch her name..

In the morning the walk into the breakfast room,had a nice atmosphere was a very nice setting, this was short lived after listening to the racket coming from the kitchen, from the chefs...shouting and larking about ,very unprofessional. Having to wait over 20 minutes too for breakfast was too long,there were only 2 other tables at this time... so no idea why it took so long. Saying this the sound lady who took our order was very pleasant and friendly.

The location was great. Lovely little market village with tons of bars and shops. Very close to do Clarkson farm activities. The onsite restaurant was good, the breakfasts were amazing! The room was lovely, the bed really comfy. The toiletries were very luxurious and plenty of them (apart from the loo roll) The tea caddy was also very well stocked.

The shower pressure wasn't great and the toilet paper was really cheap 1ply. There is no onsite parking, which was a bit of a pain. The image of the bathroom for my booking showed a bath, but there was no bath. However it didn't have a bath in the description of the room. So I can't complain, but it just seems odd to use a pic of a different bathroom.

Staff were good.

Restaurant service was slow. Shower was not great room had a view of a skip and outside was noisy until pub closing time.
