Fajna lokalizacja, możliwość samodzielnego zameldowania się, czysta pościel.

Słychać tramwaje przejeżdżające przed budynkiem oraz ludzi rozmawiających na korytarzu. W pokoju jest generalnie cicho,ale są momenty,kiedy wszystko się niesie. Ponadto w naszej łazience był pęknięty brodzik i woda mocno się wylewała poza prysznic.
