Brooks Guesthouse

It was a short walk to the city and we were warmly welcomed at reception by Magdalena who was fantastic. Our room was very clean and comfortable and the breakfast was excellent!

Close to the town, clean room lovely breakfast. I left an item of clothing behind, they called straight away to tell me and offered to post, as I was returning home via the hotel I picked it up. Excellent customer service.

The location is perfect for exploring this small city., The staff are a real treasure, and the breakfasts plentiful and yummy. They managed a dietary requirement of vegetarian, no eggs and gluten free with no problem. Room as in the photos with a fabulous old fireplace and a 4 poster bed. Also quiet as requested. The honesty bar is a bonus after a long day sightseeing

No view from room window but hey- ho NOT complaining,- as tourists we were looking at "views" all day long. No face cloths in bathroom ...no big deal. When next time in Bath this would without hesitation be first choice

A well situated property with a lovely breakfast and friendly staff.

Brooks Guesthouse is very cosy, with friendly, helpful staff and comfortable beds. We stayed in a family room, which was small but comfortable, the bathroom was clean and the shower had good pressure. Breakfast in the morning was very good. The recommended parking was an easy walk and it was only a slightly longer walk into the main shopping area.
