Nous avons absolument tout aimé dans cet établissement. De l'accueil de Felipe absolument parfait, jusqu'au départ avec la gentillesse du voiturier et l'honnêtetée de la femme de ménage, qui nous a trouvé et rendu mes AirPods, alors que nous étions déjà parti de l'hôtel. Célina et Péppi ont été d'une vraie gentillesse, tout le long de notre séjour. Et merci à tout le personnel que l'on oublie. Tout le monde a été parfait. L'hôtel est extrêmement propre et la vue époustouflante. Le service est irréprochable sur l'ensemble des prestations. Nous reviendrons. Couple BARTHÉLÉMY chambre A28 (du 23/04 au 26/04)

Everything from arrival to departure was exceptional. The staff was outstanding, especially our concierge Sophie. Everyone on the staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and accommodating. We had a fantastic time!

This by far was a great experience from start to finish, the location and facilities were great. The staff were very friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. The breakfast was as good as it gets.

We thoroughly enjoyed our second stay at your beautiful hotel. We received a very warm welcome on our arrival and were always warmly welcomed by all your staff. Our room was very clean and comfortable and to a high standard. We thoroughly enjoyed our food and the breakfast was varied and plentiful. The Front Desk Manager, Sophie, dealt with an issue in a most professional, efficient and courteous manner. We are extremely happy with the quality of service provided and we will certainly be returning to your hotel for many years to come.

Location was good, nicely laid out, restaurant and veranda were great , breakfast was very good. Direct access to the promenade and beach.

The turn down service I received on the first night was great, the standard of the turn down service didn’t seem to be as good afterwards.

El hotel fantástico, las vistas increíbles, instalaciones modernas y muy limpias. El personal es super profesional, mientras nos hicieron el check-in ,nos acompañaron a la terraza con vistas al mar en la cual nos invitaron a un coctel. El desayuno muy completo, la cena espectacular. ¡Lo recomiendo al 100%!
