Apparthôtel Privilodges Grenoble Chateau Perrin

Es war keine/r da, bei dem wir auschecken und bezahlen konnten. Wir haben von 8:00 bis 8:40 gewartet, dann haben wir eine entsprechende Notiz hinterlassen und mussten ohne zu bezahlen abfahren. Es gab keine Möglichkeit irgend jemanden vom "Hotel" zu erreichen.

Et fint leielighetshotell sentralt i Grenoble. Leieligheten gikk over 2 plan med bad soverom i en etg og kjøkkenkrok, stue og soverom i en etg. Veldig greit med kjøkken siden de ikke har frokostservering. Leieligheten var noe slitt men fungerte. Greit å bestille parkering i bakgården.

Accueil agréable, seul dans un appartement avec 3 chambres ça fait un peu bizarre. Très bien situé

Très bon rapport qualité-prix. Excellente propreté et service des plus courtois. Air climatisé efficace même en période de grande canicule. Déco et meubles un peu rétros mais espace vaste qui compense largement pour une famille avec deux ados.

Overall this is a lovely hotel to stay in, there are just some small improvements that need to be made. The hotel requires guests to clean their own dishes and remove garbage or incur a €30 fee - this should be include in the rental fee as a cleaning fee like any other hotel - Taking out the garbage and being fined €30 for not cleaning a glass is not what a vacation is about. Secondly, being there for only 3 nights it seems like a waste of money and time buying condiments such as tea, coffee, salt, pepper, olive oil etc etc. There is nothing in the cupboards except for crockery which almost makes the use of the kitchen inefficient. The final comment is that the page specified 2 double beds and 2 single beds when in reality, the room had 1 double bed, 1 double pull out sofa bed and 2 single BUNK BEDs - which was not suitable for 5 adults as suggested. The hotel was very clean, easy to access and the staff were very friendly, it's just a shame that a few tiny details are missing to make this a great hotel.

Sehr schöne Altbauwohnung! Die Dame an der Reception konnte fließend deutsch. Es ist empfehlendswert einen Parkplatz im Innenhof zu reservieren, da die sonstigen Parkmöglichkeiten etwas begrenzt sind. In näherer Umgebung gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Spielplätze. Wir haben Grenoble als Zwischenstop genutzt. Dafür sind Hotel und Stadt super. Da Grenoble aber eine Sport- und Kunststadt ist, sieht man mit Kleinkindern (3+1) eher die Spielplätze. Die durchweg alle super sind!!

This was a great place to stay and I would highly recommend it. The neighbourhood is good with a bakery around the corner and groceries nearby. With Grenoble being a small little city, everything is within walking distance or you can easily take the trams that run about town. The apartment was comfortable and cosy. Although we were on the top floor and the low beams can be a problem if you are tall! One downside is that we arrived very late (around 11 pm) and had to use the automated check-in outside the building. The inner door to the lobby wasn't opening properly so we were worried that we wouldn't get in and there was no one to contact! That was certainly quite stressful after a long journey. Also, you are asked to leave all our dishes down and everything tidy (fair enough), but you are given a meagre bottle of very watered down dish soap so I wonder if any dishes are properly cleaned! They may want to leave real bottles of dish soap in the apartments. Overall though, a lovely quiet and good central location.
