"Bien mais peut améliorer plusieurs points..."

Grande chambre, 2 vasques, calme

Propreté moyenne (mégot dans la chambre, traces lavabos et miroir). Pas de vraie porte à la salle de bains (froid en sortant de la douche). Petit déjeuner cher, peu d'options vegan (lait végétal, crudités...)

"Très bel hôtel, cadre bien agréable, chambres parfaites"

Même la chambre simple était parfaite, spacieuse et confortable. Déçu avant d’y être de ne pas avoir la vue sur le port mais en fait, du petit balcon la vue sur la ville et le palais n’est pas un soucis. Salle de restauration très agréable, bel aménagement et belle vue Super petit dej ! Personnel discret , efficace et sympathique

Le personnel

L'hôtel et la chambre sont vieillots, les petits bonbons cadeaux au comptoir sont de bien piètre qualité. Le petit-déjeuner est bien loin de ce que peut espérer dans un tel standing. Et surtout la direction est totalement imperméable à toute discussion. Venant de temps en temps comme officiel sur une compétition internationale à proximité, le fait que cette compétition ait été décalée à novembre à cause du contexte international n'a pas permis la moindre discussion financière : adieu le Grand Pavois, bonjour Etretat pour les prochaines échéances. Pas de parking privé, ce qui doit être un vrai problème en période touristique.
