"Disappointing, not recommended"

The room was quite big for a standard room. The pool was not that small and it felt clean.

The sheets and covers were dirty when we arrived. We reported it to the front desk and they sent housekeeping to have a look at it. Unfortunately the person only brough few covers and they were also stained. In the end we asked them to change everything when we went out, but I don't think they did. There were still some stains present afterwards. We stayed for one night and clean sheets are a basic thing that every hotel should get right, let alone a 4-star hotel. We wasted our time waiting and sorting this out and not a single person told us they were sorry. Seems like a systematic issue.

Location

Room service. I ordered a bucket of ice and it i did not receive any. I suspect the room service guy when to the north pole and get lost. That was night time around 9pm.
