The breakfast food was good, however the biggest problem was poor food service for both breakfast & casual dinner service. The waiting staff need to be better trained. Orders were frequently forgotten & needed to be reminded. The hotel staff was very friendly & accommodating & Antonello,the manager, was very congenial & helpful.

The hotel staff was very good- no complaints with that. It greatly appeared that the food service was very understaffed & the staff they did have were not trained properly.

Resort adeguato per breve permanenza , buona l'accoglienza. Camere belle e di giuste dimensioni. SPA con piscina esterna riscaldata, ampi spazi a disposizione.

Colazione da 4 stelle di medio livello, scarsissime proposte preparate al momento. Ristorazione in generale sottotono per il contesto da resort che si definisce di lusso. Rapporto qualità prezzo non soddisfatto.

Posto splendido, personale gentilissimo e pronto a dare consigli utili sulle attività e sui posti da visitare, pasti deliziosi preparati con ingredienti dall’orto del Borgo. Attrezzature sportive e piscina bellissimi. Consiglio vivamente il Borgo dei Conti per qualche giorno di pace e visite dei borghi umbri che sono tutti a 15-30 minuti di macchina dall’hotel.

"A must visit noble estate converted in the hotel"

Careful restoration of the rooms, design in general, property condition (park, pool, etc). Great condition of historical building.

The total feeling of the stay and communication is a bit formal - not like you expect from a private hotel in the countryside
